Har dee har!
It's kind of hard for me to say without laughing, but last night the song contest and street party got cancelled again because of rain! I'm still home because I'm working a later shift because if the North Side Heritage day scheduled for today. But I'm siting here in my apartment, listening to the torrential rain, my dog is trembling because of the thunder and I just can't help but laugh!

I didn't mean for it to sound like I was laughing because my dog was scared, I was laughing because of the repeatred delays on Pirates Week.
OK, well that makes me feel a little better that you weren't making fun of HIM.
Well, when the weather is glorius 300 days of the year, rain can really get in the way!
Hopefully everything will be back on by weekend.
