The top of the roof has a sundeck on it. You should be able to see the sea from there.
The bottom is unfinished. More can be added later.
The inside is nothing fancy. Big back porch.

I've seen a lot of island homes with the living space on the second floor, though most of them were on the beach. Would you get storm surge from the hurricanes where your lot is located?

The plan looks nice! That looks suspiciously like a 2 person whirlpool tub in the MB...that would be sweet.

It's about 17 feet above sea level. It didn't flood during Ivan, so I was told.
