blood, breakfast and coffee.

I'm at work right now, but I'm getting ready to run to the hospital for a blood test. I haven't had breakfast or coffee. I want my coffee.
Yesterday was a good day, I went to the beach all day. First it rained when I got there, but I waited it out and it got sunny. I have a few red parts today!
