Yom Kippur

Today is Yom Kippur. I was going to go to Services last night, but didn't. Now I'm plagued with guilt. There's services again today, but I wasn't planning on going, but I feel guilty about not participating at all.
I think this is the first year there have been services here.

You're Jewish? Really? I'm just surprised because I didn't know that. Well, Yom Kippur is for atonement. Right? So, atone away.

You're not alone!
I didn't go to services either and I spent all day feeling guilty about it.
I did take the day off work...that might account for some atoning!
I think your guilt absolves you...so no worries, you're in the book of life.

Gee, and here I thought only Catholics were supposed to have a bunch of guilt! Go figure....
