Grinding My Gears

Ya know what has really been grinding my gears lately? getting under my skin? Pissing me off?

Frikkin' Windows updates! No sooner that I get done rebooting after the last update installation, I hear that sickening plopping sound and the little sign, "Updates are ready for your computer". Oh! You were getting them ready? Smearing whip cream on them, putting a little cherry on top? What was someone doing to get them ready? Happy Happy Joy Joy!

I have a friend who got to a point where he was happy with his computer, and didn't want to change anything, so he turned Windows Updates off. Anybody else turn it off? I'm thinking about it. I'm thinking about getting a Mac.

This morning I am so tired I considered laying down on the floor while I was in the shower!
