Tin-Peckers
They're not Woodpeckers, they're tin peckers. Every day they come by and hammer on our rain gutters. It sounds like a jackhammer, really loud! We thought we had one, but we have two! Every day the wife runs out to try and get pictures and they fly away, yesterday they stayed put and I got some pics from about 10 feet away!
I don't mind their pecking though, it gives the house some character!

Yey! I love having woodpeckers at home. (well in this case tinpeckers).
We don't have 'tin peckers' here in New Zealand. They look cute.
I love that you love the tinpeckers....and don't chase them away!!
Those sounds of nature take you away from the city sounds. Very nice.
