No internet

No internet at home, apparently we got disconnected my mistake, and it will take 12 working hours to fix. Anybody want to place a bet? I say it will take them way more that 12 working hours. It's already been six.

how can they mistakenly disconnect your internet..make them give you a rebate for the time it was out.
