What happens when you die?
I have wondered what happens to your blogs and accounts like Facebook when you die.
When I read a blog regularly and suddenly the owner quits posting on it, I worry that they died. Even when YOU skip a few days, I start worrying. How would I know? If you are a sporadic poster, I might worry later rather than sooner. But if you post every day, and miss a day, the thought crosses my mind....
I know someone who DID die, and his FB account is still there. People write creepy things.... Like "happy first birthday in heaven". That just bugs me out!
If I died, would the only thing people here would notice is I quit posting?
My pessimism make me laugh, "Ooops, So-And-So didn't post today, they must be dead!" It's not reeeeally like that, but a brief flash of "hope they're OK" the first day, Then after time, I figure they probably just quit their blog. (But the little voice always whispers at the end "or maybe they died!")
Has anybody ever thought of this besides me?

When you skip a day, I wonder if you're okay...
And I can totally see putting that on my gravestone. Lol!
If you quit posting all of a sudden I would ask Sunshine if you were doing ok...debbie
Well, it's nice to know that someone else thinks like me*wink* Glad to know that I'll be missed too, LOL!!!
I've discussed this with my family and told them that if something, suddenly should happen to me, please go on our blog and let people know, don't just leave them hanging. A few of my followers have my email, but not many.

I live in a small town where everyone knows me..they would let everyone know..she croaked..I want to keep my blog open and have babs continue to do monday and friday posts..ha
I think like that too.. there are quite a few girls who I followed on their blogs who simply stopped blogging, no notice, no explanation... and it does make you wonder: did they die?
I have a 'back up' plan if anything happens to me! If I die unexpectedly my son is going to do my last blog post telling everyone the 'news'! I would never just stop blogging, I would tell everyone first!
i wonder abOut people too. ive disappeared before for a long time but i aways seem to come back. its my digital diary
