time off, not really
My Mom, Sister and her boyfriend arrived yesterday, today we hung out by the pool at their hotel. It was really great!
I'm supposed to be off while they are here, already I've been called in to work two days next week.

Maybe you shouldn't be so available to get that call to work. Maybe your visitors might enjoy some time to sightsee on their own too.

I wish I were hanging at the pool. It's snowing here. I just can't wear enough clothing!
Didn't we already talk about you calling in sick? The downside of that is that you'll bound to run into your boss, seeing as how small this island is...
I say accidentally lose the pager or cellphone for a few days.
